Pay in stocks,
by the second.
Stream Stock Tokens or USDG to any wallet on Robinhood Chain, people or AI agents. Accrues every second, withdraw any time.

How a stream runs
- 1Lock
Pick a token, a recipient, an amount and an end date. The amount moves into the contract under its own stream id.
- 2Accrue
Every second a fixed slice becomes the recipient's. With a cliff, nothing unlocks before it, then everything since the start.
- 3Withdraw
The recipient takes what has accrued, any time, in any size. No claim windows, no expiry.

Accrue vs sending monthly by hand
| Accrue stream | Monthly transfer by hand | |
|---|---|---|
| Value arrives | Every second | Once a month |
| Recipient waits for | Nothing, withdraws any time | The next transfer |
| Sender work | One transaction for the whole period | One transfer per period, by hand |
| Stopping early | Cancel: accrued paid out, rest returned, one transaction | Stop sending, settle the partial month by hand |
| Cliff and vesting | Built in | Spreadsheet and reminders |
| Record | Every stream public on chain | Scattered transfers |
| Cost | 0% fee, gas once | Gas on every transfer |
Built for agents
Pay AI agents by the second, let an agent sweep your streams, and give agents a paid API, x402 style.
- Pay agents by the second
- Stream USDG or a Stock Token to an agent's wallet while it works. Cancel and the unaccrued rest comes back in the same transaction.
- Operators
- A recipient names one operator, often an AI agent, that withdraws what has accrued. It can only pay the recipient, never itself.
- Pay per call
- Agents prepay USDG credits on chain and sign each request. No signature or no credit: HTTP 402 with the price. 0.001 USDG a call.

Safeguards and risks
- Escrow per stream
- Tokens sit in the contract, counted per stream id. One stream cannot touch another.
- No admin path to funds
- The owner can allow tokens and set a fee on new streams, capped at 0.5%. No function moves escrow.
- Exact math
- Linear per second, rounded down, the full amount at the end. Never more than was deposited.
- Fixed when you want it
- A stream created non-cancelable can never be stopped by the sender.
- One-transaction cancel
- Accrued part to the recipient, the rest to the sender, in the same transaction.
- Operators pay out only
- An operator named by the recipient can only withdraw what has accrued, and only to the recipient.
- Separate API credits
- Agent API credits sit in their own contract. The meter charges served calls within each credit; the owner cannot move credits.
- Unaudited
- New contract, tested on a fork of mainnet, not audited. Stream amounts you can afford to lose.
- Market price
- A stream of a Stock Token is a number of tokens. Its dollar value moves with the stock.
- Token rules
- Stock Tokens and USDG are issued with their own controls. A paused or restricted token can block a withdrawal.
- Cancelable streams
- If the sender kept cancel, the unaccrued part can be taken back at any time.
- Keys
- A stream belongs to the recipient address. Lose the key and the stream is lost with it.
Questions
What is a Stock Token?+
An ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain that tracks one stock or fund, such as NVDA or SPY. Accrue streams the token itself, priced live from Chainlink.
Who pays gas?+
The sender pays once to create the stream. The recipient pays for each withdrawal. Gas on Robinhood Chain is a fraction of a cent.
What is a cliff?+
A date before which nothing can be withdrawn. At the cliff, everything accrued since the start unlocks at once, then the stream continues per second.
Can the recipient change?+
Yes. The recipient can hand the stream to a new address. The sender cannot redirect it.
Can I add more to a stream?+
Yes, with top up. The amount is added and the end date moves out so the per-second rate stays the same.
What happens at the end?+
The full amount has accrued. It stays in the contract until the recipient withdraws it. Nothing expires.
How do agents fit in?+
Three ways. Stream pay to an AI agent's wallet by the second and cancel when it stops. Name an operator, often an agent, that sweeps what has accrued to you. And read streams from the paid API, 0.001 USDG a call, x402 style.
Is there a fee?+
0% at launch. The owner can set a fee of at most 0.5%, charged on top at creation, only on streams created after the change.
